Thermoplastic waterproofing membrane with APC technology

DESCRIPTION

CoreFlex 60 is a thermoplastic membrane reinforced with a knitted polyester fabric integrally bonded to an Active Polymer Core (APC). CoreFlex 60 offers the ultimate in podium / plaza waterproofing barrier protection technology.

The barrier performance starts with a unique seam-welded, knitted polyester reinforced thermoplastic membrane, providing a monolithic watertight barrier. The APC layer, integrally bonded to the thermoplastic membrane, is designed to activate with water to swell and form a positive seal. Therefore, if the membrane is punctured or there are installation defects, the APC layer reacts and self-seals to not only prevent water ingress, but also eliminates water tracking. CoreFlex is the only welded thermoplastic membrane composite with this reactive, self-sealing performance feature.
